Returns & Exchanges

At FineFitSisters, we want you to love your fashion finds; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
